Ingredients

  • 100 g Goronzola
  • 250 g quark, (low-fat quark)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • Butter, melted
  • Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Mash the gorgonzola with a fork. Add the quark and stir. Add the eggs and flour. Season to taste with salt.
  2. Form small dumplings with a tablespoon and place in salted boiling water. Bring to the boil and let it steep.
  3. Serve with melted butter and parmesan.
  4. Also suitable as a soup insert.
