Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (curd cheese)
  • 300 g durum wheat semolina
  • 2 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 100 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Wring out the quark in a kitchen towel and place in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Bring a large saucepan of water and salt to a boil.
  3. Shape the curd mixture into small rolls in smaller portions and cut off small pieces. Now add to the boiling water. When they swim up, they are done.
  4. Tip: serve with olive oil and herbs.
