  • 0.25 ¼ lemon (s), untreated, remove the zest it
  • 40 g butter
  • powdered sugar
  • Lingonberry compote or stewed plums

Instructions

  1. Mix the quark well with the beaten egg, salt, flour, vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Heat the butter in a pan.
  2. Cut teaspoons the size of the quark mixture, place in the pan and bake light brown on both sides - about 2 minutes each time. Drain on paper towels,
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve. Serve with cranberry compote or stewed plums.
