Curd Donuts-7

Who among us doesn’t like fluffy, sweet donuts? We offer you a wonderful recipe for curd donuts that melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 125 g
  • Eggs – 1 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Flour – 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Mix cottage cheese with mashed or minced cottage cheese with sour cream and an egg.
  2. Add salt and sugar, mix and add flour. Stir until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  3. Form balls from curd dough with two spoons.
  4. Deep-fry the donuts on all sides until golden brown.
  5. Put the finished donuts with cottage cheese on a paper towel for a couple of minutes.
  6. We put the curd donuts on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
