Who among us doesn’t like fluffy, sweet donuts? We offer you a wonderful recipe for curd donuts that melt in your mouth.

- Mix cottage cheese with mashed or minced cottage cheese with sour cream and an egg.
- Add salt and sugar, mix and add flour. Stir until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
- Form balls from curd dough with two spoons.
- Deep-fry the donuts on all sides until golden brown.
- Put the finished donuts with cottage cheese on a paper towel for a couple of minutes.
- We put the curd donuts on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve.
