Ingredients
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 1 cup crème fraîche, (25 g)
- 250 ml whipped cream
- Powdered sugar, to taste
- Lemon zest, grated
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 shot rum
- 500 g rapes, reen and blue

- Put the low-fat quark, crème fraîche, lemon zest, vanilla sugar and a dash of rum in a bowl and stir with a whisk until smooth. Season to taste with powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Halve and core the washed and drained grapes and mix the fruit into the cream.
- Arrange in glasses and serve chilled.
