Curd Pudding with Cherries

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Cherries (pitted) – 1 handful
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Semolina – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Vanillin – 1 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Baking powder for dough – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Put the cottage cheese into a suitable bowl and knead it with a fork. Break the eggs to the cottage cheese and add all the granulated sugar. Next, you need a mixer or blender. Beat the introduced ingredients so that a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  2. Pour a pinch of salt, baking powder, vanillin and semolina into the resulting mass and mix all the products thoroughly in a bowl again. We transfer the defrosted pitted cherries to the curd mass. We knead the mass for the last time with a spoon.

We spread the curd mass into it. We bake curd pudding with cherries in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees.
