Ingredients
- 8 cl cranberry juice
- 2 cl rum
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, dry
- 1 ½ tablespoon currants, frozen
- 3 mint leaves
- 2 currant panicle (s), fresh
- sugar
- Ice cubes

- Put the chilled rum, cranberry juice, mint leaves, frozen currants and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and mix well.
- Pour into a large wine glass with a capacity of approx. 400 ml and fill up with sparkling wine as desired.
- Wash the currant panicles, roll them in sugar and hang them on the edge of the glass as a decoration.
