  • 125 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until frothy. Add the rum and egg and stir. Add flour and baking powder and finally stir in the currants. Use a teaspoon to cut off small piles of dough and shape into balls.
