- 150 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 0.5 ½ kl. Bottle / s rum aroma
- 1 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
- 100 g currants, washed

- Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until frothy. Add the rum and egg and stir. Add flour and baking powder and finally stir in the currants. Use a teaspoon to cut off small piles of dough and shape into balls.
- Press the balls flat on the baking sheet and bake at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes.
