  • 200 g currants
  • 200 g low-fat quark
  • 2 tablespoon whole milk
  • sweetener
  • 4 tablespoon wholemeal oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ

Instructions

  1. Wash the currants and pat dry. pluck the berries from the panicles.
  2. Mix the quark with the milk until smooth. Sweeten with a little sweetener if desired. Mix in the oatmeal, wheat germ and currants, except for a teaspoon, into the quark. Garnish the muesli with the remaining berries.
