- 1 apple (about 00 g)
- 0.5 ½ small onion (s)
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoon condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some lemon juice

- Mix the mayonnaise with the condensed milk until smooth. Then peel the apple, grate it in the mayonnaise and stir immediately so that the apple does not turn brown. Then finely chop the peeled onion and stir in with the curry. Finally, season to taste with sugar, salt and lemon juice and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
