Ingredients

  • 250 g rice, cooked, cold
  • 5 banana (s), peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 onion (s), diced
  • 2 tablespoon oil rapeseed oil
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder (madras curry, hot)
  • 2 tablespoon turmeric
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g raisins

Instructions

  1. Sweat the onion cubes in hot rapeseed oil in a large pan. Add the bananas with curry powder and turmeric and sauté briefly. Then add the butter and then all the other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper vigorously. Sear a little, then arrange on plates as a side dish and serve.
