Ingredients

  • 500 g ready mix for white bread
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 handful pumpkin seeds, roasted
  • some coriander green, chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch (s) chilli or cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients with the dough hook. Cover the dough and let rise for about 30 minutes.
  2. With floured hands, shape a loaf of bread out of it and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rise in a warm place until the volume has increased significantly (20 - 40 min.).
  3. Brush the surface of the bread with water and place in the oven preheated to 230 ° C.
  4. Put a small fireproof bowl with water in the oven as well. Reduce the temperature to 200 ° C after 10 minutes.
  5. Baking time: 30 - 40 minutes
