- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoon curry, madras or canjun
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoon pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon, leveled lemon peel, grated
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar

- Put butter at room temperature in a bowl, peel off the garlic and finely chop, add all the ingredients to the butter and mix thoroughly. Chill the butter for a few hours, better prepare a day in advance so that the curry can fully develop its aroma.
