  • 250 g butter, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon curry, madras or canjun
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled lemon peel, grated
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar

Instructions

  1. Put butter at room temperature in a bowl, peel off the garlic and finely chop, add all the ingredients to the butter and mix thoroughly. Chill the butter for a few hours, better prepare a day in advance so that the curry can fully develop its aroma.
