  • Schnitzel meat
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 0.5 ½ glass mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can peach (s)

Instructions

  1. Lightly pound the meat, fry and season. Place in a baking dish. Spread the mushrooms over the top. Place the drained peach halves on top.
  2. For the sauce, season the mayonnaise vigorously with salt, pepper and curry (use a little more or less curry depending on your taste). Whip the cream until stiff, mix with the mayonnaise and pour over the peaches. The same applies here: If you like a lot of sauce, simply take a little more of all the ingredients.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Baked for about 15-20 minutes.
