Ingredients
- 4 turkey escalope or pork escalope (as desired)
- 8 slices pineapple
- 8 slices cheese (Chester cheese, )
- 2 bottles curry sauce
- 1 egg (s)
- breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper

- Salt and pepper the schnitzel and bread as usual. Fry in the pan, remove and place on a baking sheet. Cover with 2 slices of pineapple and 2 slices of cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted nicely.
- In the meantime, bring the curry sauce to the boil in a saucepan. Serve the finished schnitzel on a plate and pour the curry sauce over them.
- Croquettes also taste good.
