  • 20 g butter
  • 200 g rice (lon rain)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Briefly sauté the onion cubes and rice. Scatter curry powder on top and sauté briefly. Then pour in the broth and cook the rice in a closed saucepan for another 15-20 minutes.
  2. Possibly season with salt.
