Instructions

  1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil and let the turkey meat cook in it for about 25 minutes. Then take it out and cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Drain the mandarins while collecting the juice. Cut the spring onions into rings approx. 1 cm wide.
  3. Heat the butter in a large saucepan and add the flour. Stir and gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then stir in the cream and tangerine juice and season the soup with salt, plenty of curry powder, a little chili powder and a pinch of nutmeg. Add the turkey pieces, spring onions and tangerines to the soup and let everything get hot for a moment.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
