Ingredients

  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 250 g carrot (s)
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 3 sausages from the jar or can
  • 100 g salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 pickle (s)
  • 2 tablespoon curry
  • vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots into thick slices, dice the kohlrabi. Cook both together in a little salted water until al dente.
  2. Hard boil the eggs.
  3. In the meantime, cut the sausages, peppers and cucumber into small pieces. Pour 3 tablespoon of the sausage stock with 3 tablespoon of the cucumber stock over it.
  4. Strain the vegetables, dice the eggs and add both warm. Mix carefully with Miracle Whip, 1 teaspoon vinegar and the curry. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Eat warm.
  5. The salad is also a pleasure cold.
