Ingredients

  • 220 g flour, smooth
  • 120 g butter, soft
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Put the flour and the other ingredients in a bowl one after the other and knead into a dough with a hand mixer, then knead a little more with your hands. Shape the dough into a 2 cm thick roll and cut into 1 cm thick pieces. Shape the dough pieces into rolls and then bend them into croissants and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Push into the middle of the preheated pipe.
  2. Baking temperature; 180 degrees
  3. Baking time: approx. 12 min.
  4. Mix icing sugar with vanilla sugar and sprinkle with it on the still hot croissants.
