Ingredients

  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer

Instructions

  1. First prepare the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet. Stir the pudding cold so that it does not pull the skin.
  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Drain the pineapple pieces, collecting a little juice.
  3. Add a little pineapple juice to the cold-stirred pudding. Not too much so the pudding doesn`t get too runny.
  4. Fold the cream into the pudding and finally fold in the pineapple pieces.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
