Instructions

  1. Knead everything together well, knead slowly for about 2 minutes and quickly for 3 minutes. Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes.
  2. Now divide the dough in half, about 1.5 kg per half and form about 30 small balls, each. Ball about 25-30 g.
