Ingredients
- 1 rusks, (Dako, Greek barley rusks)
- 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
- 50 g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- Oregano, dried, rubbed
- 1 olives, black as decoration

- Moisten the rusk well with water, let the moisture soak in a little.
- Wash, grate and season the tomato, then spread on the rusks.
- Crumble the feta and place on top of the tomato on the rusks.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the topped rusks, pour the oregano over the top, place the olive in the middle and serve the rusks as a starter or snack.
