Ingredients- 2 cups cream
- 250 g quark
- 250 g mascarpone
- 100 g powdered suar
- 1 pack ladyfingers
- 2 packs raspberries, frozen
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk

- Whip the cream. Mix the quark and mascarpone with the powdered sugar. Fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
- Turn the ladyfingers one by one in milk and place in a mold (the mold should have a high rim). Distribute half of the quark mixture on the ladyfingers, place half of the raspberries on top (do not defrost beforehand). Then again biscuits, quark mass, raspberries - stop with quark.
- Let the food stand in the fridge overnight.
