  • 200 g dandelion, the leaves, tender
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • Chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Put the tender plants in salt water for a short time to clean them. Rub a bowl with the clove of garlic. Mix oil, salt and lemon juice or vinegar with the herbs to make a sauce, then add the dandelion leaves.
  2. Turn on about 30 minutes before eating so that the leaves become a little more tender.
