  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 150 g mararine
  • 5 tablespoon coffee, cooked
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with 100 g sugar and a pinch of salt to make the egg whites. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Then lift the egg whites underneath. Put the dough in a size 32 cake ring.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
  3. The recipe is a secret recipe from my great-grandfather, who ran a pastry shop in Yugoslavia. The original recipe uses pork fat instead of margarine.
