Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion (s), red
  • 3 date (s), dried, without stone
  • 30 g cranberries, dried
  • 300 g cream cheese, natural
  • Chilli to taste
  • possibly salt

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the onion and dates.
  2. Finely chop these with cranberries and chilli in the Kenwood FP on the highest setting (or another chopper). Add the cream cheese and mix everything together (or fold the ingredients into the cream cheese externally). If necessary, season the dip with salt.
  3. Tastes as finger food draped on pumpernickel thalers. Or as a dip with raw vegetables, or with bread, when grilling or raclette. As a supplement to dinner.
