Ingredients

  • 250 g date (s)
  • 200 g cheese, (Roquefort)
  • 250 grams bacon
  • 50 ml port wine, approx.
  • 1 tablespoon cream, possibly 2

Instructions

  1. Core the dates and fill with the creamy Roquefort. Then wrap each date in a slice of bacon and fix each with a toothpick. Then place under the preheated grill for 4 minutes.
  2. Tip: all toothpicks point e.g. to the left). After this time, turn the dates (it`s quick and easy, all toothpicks now point to the other side).
  3. Now pour port wine over it (don`t be sooooo economical here, you won`t regret it) and place under the grill for another 4 minutes.
