  • 480 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 21 g yeast
  • 300 g milk, lukewarm
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped cinnamon
  • 80 g suar
  • 200 g apple, cored and diced
  • Butter, for the mold
  • some condensed milk, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Process the first six ingredients into a smooth dough with the spiral mixer of the food processor. Now mix in the apple cubes well. Cover and let rise for approx. 1 hour until the dough has enlarged significantly.
