- 2 kg potato (s)
- 1 large onion (s)
- 1 kg carrot (s)
- 750 g minced meat
- 4 cubes broth
- 5 dashes Maggi
- salt and pepper
- some herbs your choice
- 1 egg (s)
- some breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Spice (s) your choice
- water

- Knead the minced meat, egg, breadcrumbs and spices. Small meatballs are formed from this mass and fried. Chop an onion and fry it.
- In the meantime, peel and dice the potatoes. Peel and dice the carrots as well. Put in a saucepan and cover with water. Then add the 4 stock cubes and simmer everything for about 45 minutes.
- Finally, season with a little Maggi and sugar and refine with herbs. Add the meatballs and the fried onions and heat briefly.
