Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, white
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ vegetable stock (instant powder)
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled garlic powder
  • 8 piece (s) chicken leg (s)
  • Rosemary, thyme according to taste.

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the legs in a bowl with a spoon. This mixture is enough for 8 clubs, i.e. approx. 2 kg.
  2. I always do it like this: wash the clubs and cut each part twice. Grease a large casserole dish and put in the legs that have been seasoned well with the mixture. Then brush with oil.
  3. If you like, you can sprinkle some fresh rosemary and thyme over it.
  4. Bake in the oven at 225 degrees top / bottom heat for approx. 45 minutes until crispy.
