Delicious Diana Salad

A simple recipe for Diana salad with mushrooms and crab sticks.
Ingredients
- Champignons – 500 g
- Crab sticks – 250 g
- Boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
- Rice – 3 tbsp
- Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp (taste)
- Vegetable oil – for frying
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Prepare food for salad with mushrooms and crab sticks. Boil eggs hard-boiled (8 minutes after boiling).
- Boil rice in salted water in a ratio of 1 to 3 (20 minutes after boiling).
- Cut the champignons into small cubes. Fry the mushrooms in heated vegetable oil for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cut eggs and crab sticks into medium cubes.
- In a bowl, combine mushrooms, rice, crab sticks and eggs. Salt and stir.
- Season the salad with mayonnaise, mix.
- Salad with crab sticks, mushrooms and eggs is ready.
