  • Zucchini – 3 Pieces
  • Ricotta – 0.3333 Glass
  • Parmesan – 150 Grams
  • Butter – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Garlic – 2 Cloves
  • Sage – 4 Pieces (leaves)
  • Fresh basil – 1 Piece (leaves)
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Chili Flakes – 1 Pinch

Delicious Grilled Zucchini Instructions

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick.
  2. Transfer vegetable to a bowl, add olive oil, stir.
  3. Take a cast iron skillet and place the snail zucchini in it.
  4. Send the pan to a preheated grill, bake for 20 minutes.
  5. After 20 minutes, sprinkle the vegetable with 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.

  6. At the same time, melt the butter in a saucepan, add chopped garlic and chopped sage and basil leaves to it.
  7. Grate the remaining cheese and put it in a saucepan, add ricotta, stir everything and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Remove zucchini from grill, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, add prepared sauce and serve warm dish.
