Ingredients

  • 250 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 2 hot peppers, (1 mild + 1 hot)
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 170 g lentils, red
  • 100 g cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken breast and fry in butter for 5 minutes. Chop the leek, tomatoes and peppers and add to the pan. After 3 minutes, deglaze with the broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the lentils and let simmer for another 10 minutes. Stir in the cream and mustard, season with the spices and lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Serve alone or with rice.
