Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 carrot (s), chopped; possibly roughly rubbed
  • 300 g minced beef or mixed
  • 1 packet tomato (s), mashed
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • herbs Provence
  • 250 g pasta (irandole; penne; riatoni or other)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  2. Heat the margarine. First add the onions and then the carrots and sauté briefly. Add the minced meat and continue frying. Add the vegetable stock and tomato sauce, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 7-10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper, garlic powder and herbs from Provence.
  3. Even the snorted (smallest) family members sometimes need a few hyped-up vitamins!
