Ingredients
- 2 packs dessert sauce (vanilla flavor)
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 500 g quark
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 500 ml milk
- Sugar, brown for sprinkling
- Fruits your choice (e.g. raspberries, strawberries ..)
- 1 pack mascarpone, possibly

- Put 500 ml of milk in a measuring cup and bring about 3/4 of it to the boil in the saucepan. Mix 2 sachets of vanilla sauce with 4 tablespoons of sugar in the rest of the milk, add to the boiled milk and stir well.
- Mix 500 g quark in a bowl and add 2 sachets of vanilla sugar until creamy. Stir the vanilla sauce in portions into the bowl with the quark. Either leave it like that or add mascarpone to taste.
- Take any glasses and fill up with the finished quark, garnish with the fruit.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the top layer of fruit and, to make it look better, put a mint leaf and chill in the refrigerator.
