Dessert “Limoncello”

- Soak gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
- While stirring, bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not boil.
- Squeeze the juice from the lemons (50 ml required).
- Whisk homemade cream with 50 g of sugar.
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with 50 g of sugar.
- Beat the whites with 50 g of sugar.
- Mix the yolks and gelatin.
- Add juice, mix everything.
- Add cream and mix well.
- Add proteins, mix gently.
- Pour the mass into molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
