Dessert “Limoncello”

Simple and delicious dessert, I love sweets. Can I tempt you too?

Ingredients

  • Quail eggs – 18 pcs.
  • Sugar – 150 g
  • Lemons – 2-3 pcs.
  • Homemade cream – 250 ml.
  • Gelatin – 10 g
  • Water – 150 ml.

Directions

  1. Soak gelatin in 150 ml of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
  2. While stirring, bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not boil.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lemons (50 ml required).
  4. Whisk homemade cream with 50 g of sugar.
  5. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with 50 g of sugar.
  6. Beat the whites with 50 g of sugar.
  7. Mix the yolks and gelatin.
  8. Add juice, mix everything.
  9. Add cream and mix well.
  10. Add proteins, mix gently.
  11. Pour the mass into molds and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
