- 500 g Skyr (Icelandic cream cheese)
- 3 tablespoon milk or water if necessary
- 3 tablespoon sugar or to taste
- 125 g rapes, red (approx.)

- Beat the skyr with sugar until smooth. Possibly add some milk or water if you like it creamier. Halve the grapes (up to 5 pieces each - a total of 15 pieces for the decoration) and fold in.
- Put in glasses and decorate with 5 grapes each. Those who like it even lower in calories can reduce the sugar or use sweeteners.
