  • 175 g flour

  • 75 grams sugar
  • 175 ml milk
  • 150 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • Oil for the waffle iron

Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and set aside.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, cream and sugar until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder and oil and stir to form a smooth batter. Finally stir in the apple cubes.
  3. Preheat the waffle iron and brush with oil. Now fill in a ladle full of batter and bake golden yellow waffles one after the other.
