Diet Cake “Summer Note”

Ingredients

Sour cream (20% Low-fat yogurt can be used.) – 500 g
Cottage cheese (0% If you are not on a diet, you can get fatter) – 200 g
Sugar (or for your taste, I had a sweetener (15 tablets)) – 200 g
Gelatin – 30 g
Fruit (I have a banana, kiwi, orange, and strawberry) – 300 g
Water – 125 g

Instructions

Beat cottage cheese with sour cream with a blender (if you are doing it with sugar, then beat it with it)
Cut the fruits into rings (except for bananas), and put in a mold, having previously covered with cling film
Pour gelatin with water for swelling, when it swells, heat until completely dissolved together with the sweetener, but do not boil. Pour gelatin into the curd in a thin stream, dare to beat without ceasing.
Add bananas, cut into pieces, to the curd mixture, mix and put everything in a mold and send to the refrigerator until it solidifies.
