  • 1 teaspoon, heaped dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, (NO vinegar essence)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the mustard, vinegar, olive oil and sugar in a shaker and mix vigorously. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  2. Pour over finely sliced cucumber / finely chopped iceberg lettuce and let it steep for a while.
  3. Please do not replace the Dijon mustard with normal medium-hot mustard. Then it tastes completely different.
