Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon dill, possibly more, fresh or dried
  • 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the sour cream in a bowl, finely chop the onion, add the pressed garlic and dill, stir in well. Season well with salt and pepper.
  2. This is a quick dip that goes wonderfully with baked potatoes, jacket potatoes, fried fish and grilled foods.
