Ingredients
- 1 kg tomato (s)
- Lemon juice
- 2 lemon (s), grated zest, untreated
- 1 kg preserving sugar, :
- possibly cinnamon

- Wash and peel the tomatoes, remove the stalk, cut into small pieces and puree in a blender. Mix with the lemon juice, the grated zest and the preserving sugar and leave to steep for 2-3 hours.
- Bring slowly to the boil while stirring. Let it simmer for four minutes.
- Pour into clean jars and close, place jars on lids and let cool.
