Ingredients

  • 250 g cheese (Emmentaler, Gruyère), cut into fine strips
  • 350 g meat sausae, cut into fine strips
  • 2 onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 onion (s), cut into thin rings
  • 3 pickles, finely diced

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoon herb vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 8 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, hot pink (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese and sausage into fine strips. Finely dice two onions and pickles. Mix all ingredients together carefully.
  2. Halve an onion and cut into thin rings. Put aside.
  3. For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the mustard, a pinch of salt and sugar and plenty of pepper. Then hide the oil.
  4. Add the dressing to the salad mixture and fold in. Arrange in a shallow bowl, cover with the onion rings and dust with paprika.
