Ingredients

  • 5 large tomato (s)
  • 1 clove (s) garlic can also be omitted
  • 500 g meat (kebab meat), seasoned
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 piece (s) feta cheese
  • 400 g tzatziki
  • 200 g salad (cabbae)
  • 200 g red cabbae
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Fry the kebab meat and let it cool down.
  2. Core the tomatoes, peel the cucumber as desired, cut in half lengthways and remove the watery seeds with a spoon. Cut both into cubes, chop the garlic cloves. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Finely slice the red cabbage. Mix everything in a salad bowl with the doner kebab, coleslaw and tzatziki and season with pepper, salt, oregano and optionally a little chili.
