Ingredients

  • 2 points meat, (kebab), frozen goods
  • 500 g spaetzle
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 onions)
  • 200 g cheese, (Gouda), or mozzarella, rated
  • 1 teaspoon, sprinkled paprika, hot as rose
  • 1 pinch (s) chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen kebab in a large pan and heat slowly. Peel the onions, wash and clean the peppers and dice both. When the meat is thawed, turn up the heat and add a little oil. Fry the meat in it, add the onions and peppers.
  2. Add lightly salted water and cook the spaetzle a little shorter than specified so that it still has a nice bite.
  3. Now put the garlic and sour cream in the kebab pan, mix everything well and season with the spices.
  4. Put the finished spaetzle in a large baking dish, spread the doner pan over it and mix well. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at approx. 190 ° C (fan oven).
  5. This is a very quick, but also substantial dish. You can also easily modify the dish by using pasta instead of spaetzle. Or use gyros instead of kebab meat.
