  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Fresh yeast – 10 g
  • or dry yeast – 5 g
  • Flour – 300-350 g
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Chocolate – optional
  • Confectionery dressing – optional

  1. Make a dough: mix milk, sugar, yeast, some flour, and salt.
  2. Beat eggs.
  3. Combine the dough with egg, butter, and flour after half an hour, making a dough. Leave to come to a warm place for at least an hour.
  4. Roll out the dough, cut out the donuts and let them come up for another half hour.
  5. Deep-fry.
  6. If desired, cover with melted chocolate (you can melt it in a steam bath).
  7. And decorate with pastry sprinkles. The donuts are ready.
