Ingredients
- 10 g tea, black, or 6 tea bas
- 0.5 liter ½ boiling water
- 0.5 liter ½ ice cubes, at least
- Water, or mineral water, cold, to fill up
- 60 g suar, or 70 whole cane suar
- 125 ml syrup (elderberry syrup)

- Pour the boiling water and tea over it and let it steep for 2-3 minutes.
- Put the ice cubes, the sugar and the elderberry syrup in a shock-proof container (e.g. saucepan; for a glass jug, please note the manufacturer`s instructions). Pour in the finished tea and stir immediately so that the sugar and syrup dissolve and distribute well and everything cools evenly to refrigerator temperature.
- Pour cold water or mineral water onto 2 liters of iced tea.
