  • 4 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 dash oil, (good quality)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 dash vinegar, (herb vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion. Mix with canned milk, sugar and a pinch of salt. Add a small dash of oil and carefully add vinegar until the sauce begins to thicken.
  2. Mix with the salad just before serving.
