Instructions

  1. Remove the paper from the can.
  2. Fill a saucepan 3/4 full with water and bring to a boil. Let the unopened can slowly boil in the pot for about 2 to 3 hours. Let cool down well after cooking.
  3. The longer you let it cook, the darker and tougher the jam will be.
  4. This jam can be used as a spread, filling in roulades and in many other dishes.
