Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped sour cream
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ vinegar
  • 0.5 ½ bunch dill
  • sugar
  • Pepper, fresh from the mill

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber, peel it into strips, slice it into thin slices, mix with the salt and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Drain but save the juice.
  2. Finely chop the dill, mix with the sour cream, pepper and vinegar and stir in enough cucumber juice until the salad sauce is not too thin, season with sugar and pepper and stir into the cucumber, if necessary, season again with salt.
  3. The salad actually goes well with it everywhere.
